PAYROLL- We focus on what we are good at which is delivering a consistently superior payroll service for you. Working alongside HR outsourcing and BPO payroll partners where they provide a more appropriate service, such as very large payrolls for mature economies but lack specialist capability/in-country presence in certain skills or territories. Controlling operations through a sophisticated portal, a specialist control team and a single contract.

COST ACCOUNTING- We establish the cost of production of goods and services and allocating it to the various factors that contribute towards the costs of production.

CHART OF ACCOUNTS - We maintain your charts and profile them into groups that you want them in. A few of the primary charts we usually provide are an Assets (such as cash, inventory, fixed assets, accounts recievable), Liabilities (such as accured liabilities, taxes payable,wages payable), Stockholder's Equity (such as common stock, retained earnings), Revenue (such as sales returns and allowance(contra account)), Expenses (such as cost of goods sold,rent expense, bank fees, payroll tax expense).

MAINTAIN ANNUAL/REGULAR BUDGET - We start the budgeting process with a strategy planning session by senior management. The management team then applies the agreed strategic direction to a series of plans that roll up into a master budget. The plans include a sales budget, production budget, direct materials budget, direct labor budget, manufacturing overhead budget, sales and administrative budget, and fixed assets budget. All of these plans roll up into the master budget, which contains a budgeted income statement, balance sheet, and cash forecast.
